Why have I not received a library agreement license to sign?

If you were expecting to sign a license but have not been contacted about this, it might be that your previous license included an autorenewal clause which covers all future subscriptions therefore we do not require you to sign a new license. If think you still expect that you need to sign a license please reach out and include as many of the following details as possible:

  • Account name
  • Account number
  • Sage Product
  • Purchase date
  • Subscription dates
