How do I change my Secure Center password?

If you would like to reset your password for a Secure Center platform, please follow the below instructions:

Go to Secure Center
Press 'Forgotten Password'
Enter the account email address
Select the Send Request button
The entered email address will then receive an email containing a link to reset your password
Select the link in the email message to open the Set a New Password page
Enter a new password
Select the Submit button, this should reset your password
Return to the login URL, and enter your account email address and new password to log in
